Our Experience in selling tours was appreciated not only by our Clients, but also by independent organizations judging quality and professionalism of travel agencies and the best polish companies. We have received many Polish and international awards that show we are a leading Tour Operator on Polish market. The most prestigious is “TERAZ POLSKA” (“POLAND NOW”), we were the first travel agency in the history of this competition that have ever received this award. It was awarded to us by a group of specialists and was given by the President of Poland, Mr. Lech Kaczynski. The additional evidence of our prestige is the fact that we organized the General Meeting of Polish Touristic Chamber in Tunisia in 1998. We were also chosen by the producers of polish high-budget movie “Quo Vadis” to organize their stay in Tunisia. One of our achievements is ISO 9001 Certificate given to companies that work out their own system of quality management. This is significant confirmation of our continuous development and high standard of services. In 2009 we joined national program called “Rzetelna Firma” (“Reliable Company”) to proof our professionalism and reliability to our Clients.
We were one of the first Travel Agencies to receive Tour Operator Licence no 6. From the beginning we have been member of the Polish Chamber of Tourism. We are also a member of the Polish Confederation of Private Employers “Lewiatan”. We have an Insurance Guarantee from Signal Iduna Polska. In 2012 we received “Róża Kolumba” prize for the best catalogue in category PREMIUM LATO 2010 and the award “Employees Friendly Company: from the Association of Employers of Warsaw and Mazowsze “Lewiatan”.
